  5. 1 Wrapper recipe

  6. 1 c Water

  7. 1 tb Oil

  8. 1/4 ts Salt

  9. 1 c Chopped shrimp

  10. 1/4 c Ground pork

  11. 1 c Minced water chestnuts

  12. 1/4 c Minced scallions

  13. 1/4 c Minced onions

  14. 1 Egg

  15. 1 ts Pepper

  16. 1 ts Salt

  17. Boil wrapper. Remove from heat and pour in 1 1/2 cup

  18. flour and beat until it forms a ball. Divide into 1

  19. 1/4 inch balls and roll each until paper thin. Spoon

  20. 1 tbls. mixture into each wrapper, fold and seal.

  21. Arrange in steamer and steam 30 minutes.

  22. Again some expanation... these can be made with

  23. much thicker wrappers (the ones the street vendors

  24. 1/2 to 1 inch thick

  25. filling can be just about anything. I have done these

  26. with leftover meat and a few vegetables ... such as

  27. mushrooms, celery etc.
