  3. 2 cups 125g / 4.4oz All-purpose flour

  4. 2 teaspoons 10ml Double-acting baking powder

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Baking soda

  6. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt

  7. 1/2 cup 118ml Buttermilk

  8. 2 cups 474ml Fresh blueberries

  9. 1/4 cup 49g / 1.7oz Butter - cold

  10. 1/2 cup 31g / 1.1oz Flour

  11. 1 teaspoon 5ml Cinnamon

  12. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Ground nutmeg

  13. 1/2 cup 99g / 3 1/2oz Sugar

  1. Recipe Instructions Cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg. Sift dry ingredients together and add, alternately with buttermilk, to butter mixture. Pour into well-greased 9 x 13 pan. Top with blueberries. Mix sugar, flour, and spices. Cut butter into tablespoons and blend into dry ingredients with a pastry blender. Mixture should be crumbly. Sprinkle over blueberries. Bake at 350F for 35 minutes.
