  1. 1 can (16 ounce) English pea s, (green peas), drained well

  2. 1 1/2 cup cooked cold rice ,

  3. 1 cup celery , diced small

  4. 1/4 cup onion , diced small

  5. 1/2 cup Dukes Mayonnaise

  6. 2 TBSP. white vinegar

  7. 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. curry powder

  1. Mix all ingredients together & blend well, tossing until all ingredients are incorporated into the blend. Place in a plastic airtight container & chill over night or at least 2 hours. Serve on a bed of lettuce with tomato & cucumber slices, or quartered boiled eggs, toast points or crackers.
