  1. 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

  2. 1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts

  3. 1 onion , chopped

  4. 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken

  5. soup 1 cup cornflakes cereal crumbs

  6. 1 cup mayonnaise

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a large pot, boil the chicken until tender.

  3. Cut the breasts into cubes or small pieces.

  4. In a large bowl, combine the chicken pieces with the water chestnuts, onion, soup, most of the crushed corn flakes and mayonnaise.

  5. Mix well.

  6. Pour mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish.

  7. Sprinkle the rest of the crushed corn flakes on top of the mixture.

  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
