  4. 1/2 piece ginger

  5. 1/2 medium onion

  6. 1 tsp cumin powder hazelnut sized piece tamarind

  7. 1 C water approx salt to taste

  1. Put coconut in blender and blend fine, then add other ingredients. Put into serving dish. Keeps about a week in fridge.
