  1. 1 ea Green bell pepper, diced

  2. 3 tb Oil

  3. 1/2 ea Cucumber, diced

  4. 10 ea Shallots, diced

  5. 16 oz Green peas, cooked

  6. 16 oz Corn

  7. 16 oz Tomatoes, crushed

  8. 1 c Jerusalem artichokes, mashed

  9. -- -??potatoes Grilled bannock Salt & pepper

  10. Fry the pepper, cucumber & shallots in the oil until tender. Add the peas, corn, tomatoes, artichoke or potato & bannock. Season to taste. Stir well & heat until everything is hot.
