3/4 c Chopped celery

1 cn Shoe Peg corn, drained

1 ea Small can tender green peas,

1 x Drained --DRESSING--

1/2 c Vegetable oil

1 t Salt

1/4 t Pepper

1/2 c Red wine vinegar

1/2 c Sugar

DRESSING: In a small saucepan, mix above ingredients. Bring to boil;
