  3. 30 milliliter(s) instant coffe granules

  4. 5 eggs

  5. 205 milliliter(s) sugar ,

  6. 255 milliliter(s) cake flour, sifted ,

  7. 85 milliliter(s) cornflour, sifted ,

  8. 100 toasted almonds, chopped , g

  9. icing sugar for dusting

  1. Melt the butter, chocolate and coffee granules together in a bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Remove from the heat.

  2. Beat the eggs and sugar until light. Fold in the melted chocolate mixture. Fold in the sifted flours, a pinch of salt and the nuts.

  3. Pour into a greased and lined squar baking tin. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes on 170 degrees C. Cool, cut into squares and dust with icing sugar.
