  1. 8 cherry tomatoes , quartered

  2. 1 onion , sliced thinly

  3. 1/2 cucumber , diced

  4. 2 tablespoons black olives (optional, I dont use them)

  5. 1 tablespoon olive oil

  6. salt and pepper

  7. 1/4 teaspoon ground chili pepper

  8. 75 g feta cheese , diced (low-fat is fine)

  1. Combine all the vegetables in a salad bowl.

  2. Add oil and seasoning. Toss to coat. Top with feta cheese.

  3. Serve with a nice crusty bread.
