  2. 2 c Light cream -OR- Half & Half

  3. 1/2 c Shredded coconut

  4. 2 Eggs; beaten

  5. 4 oz Sweet chocolate; melted

  6. 2 c Milk

  7. 1/8 ts Cinnamon

  8. 1/8 ts Salt

  9. 2 tb Flour

  10. 1/2 c Sugar

  11. 1/2 c Pecans; chopped

  1. Combine sugar, flour, salt and cinnamon in a 2 qt saucepan.

  2. Gradually add milk.

  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.

  4. Cook additional 2 minutes.

  5. Remover from heat.

  6. Blend in melted chocolate.

  7. Blend a small amount of hot mixture into eggs; return all to pan, stirring constantly.

  8. Cook 1 minute (DO NOT BOIL).

  9. Remove from heat; add coconut.

  10. Cool.

  11. Blend in cream; chill.

  12. Stir in nuts.

  13. Churn-freeze.

  14. Makes 2 quarts.
