  1. 250-300 grams Chicken(cut into big chunks)

  2. 1/2 cup of low fat yoghurt (room temperature )

  3. 1 tsp ( NITU DIDIS TANDOORI) SPICE POWDER

  4. salt to taste

  5. 2 cloves of garlic

  6. 1 piece of ginger

  1. blend all the above ingredients except the chicken in a blender. Marinate the chicken overnight . Heat a grill. or a barbeuce, or a tandoor if you have one and cook the chicken on that. In case you dont..the video shows you how to get the authentic restaurant flavor into your CHICKEN TIKKA.

  2. NITU DIDI TIP: Please dont throw away extra marinade…you can always use it to marinate something else or freeze it!!
