  1. 4 c. warm water

  2. 1/4 c. white sugar

  3. 1/4 c. Wesson oil

  4. 2 tbsp. salt

  1. Dissolve 2 packages dry yeast into 1 cup lukewarm water. Add this to the above mixture after yeast is dissolved.

  2. Sift 6 cups flour (4 white, 2 brown). Add and stir this well. Then add more white flour (whatever amount is needed, approximately 6-7 cups) so you can handle dough with hands but still a little sticky.
