  9. 1 1/2 c Evaporated milk

  10. 2 Eggs; slightly beaten

  11. 1 c Whipping cream

  12. 1/2 ts Maple syrup

  13. 1 15 oz. pkg. pie crust

  14. 1 ts Cinnamon

  15. 1/4 c Raisins

  16. 2 c

  17. 16 oz. cans pumpkin filling

  18. 1 ts Maple syrup; --

  20. 2 tb Powdered sugar

  21. Ecan halves

  22. Prepare pie crust,according to package directions,for one crust

  23. pie.Refrigerate remaining pie crust for later use.Heat oven to 425

  26. pan.Press in bottom and up sides of pan. Trim edges,if necessary. In a

  27. large bowl,combine all filling ingredients;blend well. Carefully,pour into 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in

  28. center comes out clean.Cool.In a small bowl,beat cream until soft peaks

  29. form.Blend in powdered sugar and maple flavor;beat until stiff peaks

  30. form.Spoon or pipe over filling.Garnish with pecan halves.Store in

  31. refrigerator. --
