  1. 50g strong cheese (mature Cheddar or similar)

  2. 4 thick slices of white bread

  3. 1 tin of tuna, drained

  4. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.

  2. Toast one side of each of the 4 slices of bread. When golden brown remove from the grill and spread the tuna on top as close to the edge as possible. Slice the cheese and place on top of the tuna covering it completely. Sprinkle Worcestershire sauce over the top of the 4 slices and then place under the grill.

  3. Grill until golden brown and bubbling.
