  1. 1/2ea Thin-skinned orange; seeded

  2. -and chopped 1 1/2c Fresh cranberries

  3. 1 md Apple; unpeeled and chopped

  4. 8 oz Can unsweetened pineapple

  5. -tidbits; drained

  1. + Position knife blade in food processor bow; add orange.

  2. Cover with top; process 3 minutes or until orange peel is finely chopped.

  3. Add remaining ingredients, and pulse 4 times, scraping sides of bowl between each pulse.

  4. Cover and chill.

  5. Yield: about 2-1/2 cups (about 14 calories per 2 tablespoons).
