  4. 1 c Green pepper strips

  5. 2 md Onions

  6. 2 c Tomato juice

  7. 8 oz Tomato sauce

  8. 1/2 c Water

  9. 2 tb Cider vinegar

  10. 2 tb Brown sugar

  11. 2 ts Salt

  12. 1 ts Dry mustard

  13. 1 ts Thyme

  14. 1) Wash the beans and cover with cold water to soak overnight... then

  15. 1 hour, and drain; discarding the water...
