  2. 1 tb Packed brown sugar,

  3. 1/4c Sour cream

  4. 1/2c Whipping (heavy) cream Creme fraiche Ground nutmeg

  5. 1/4c Pomegranate seeds

  6. 1 c Seedless grapes

  7. 1 lg Orange If desired

  1. + Directions : Pare and section grapefruit and orange. Mix grapefruit, orange, grapes and pomegranate seeds. Serve with Creme Fraiche. Sprinkle with nutmeg.

  2. SERVINGS; 215 CALORIES PER SERVING. CREME FRAICHEGradually stir whipping cream into sour cream. Stir in brown sugar. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour. Note: To section citrus fruits, cut off peel and white membrane with a sharp knife. Cut along both sides of membrane and remove fruit segment.
