  1. Almond Dressing (below)

  2. 3 bananas, peeled and sliced

  3. 2 avocados, peeled, pitted and sliced

  4. 2 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced

  5. 1 mango, cut lengthwise in half, pitted and cut up

  6. 1 papaya, peeled, seeded and sliced

  7. 1/4 cup flaked coconut, toasted*

  8. Make Almond Dressing.

  9. Mix remaining ingredients except coconut. Sprinkle with coconut. Serve with dressing.

  10. Almond Dressing:

  11. 1/3 cup chopped almonds, toasted**

  12. 1/3 cup orange juice

  13. 1/3 cup vegetable oil

  14. 3 tablespoons packed brown sugar

  15. 2 tablespoons light rum or orange juice

  16. 1/4 teaspoon salt

  17. 1/4 teaspoon paprika

  18. Shake all ingredients in tightly covered container. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.

  19. 350 F oven

  20. 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.

  21. 350 F oven about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
