  1. 1 whole roasted chicken from the deli,cut up and diced

  2. 4 large hard crusted rolls

  3. 1head romaine chopped

  4. 8 cherry tomatoes halved

  5. 1small cuke diced

  6. 1 celery rib diced

  7. 12 black olives

  8. 1/2 cup real bacon bits

  9. 1/2 cupmayo

  10. 1tsp mustard

  11. salt -pepper to taste

  12. 1tsplemon juice

  13. 1cupcheddar cheese

  1. In a large bowlput chicken,romaine,tomatoes,cukes,celery,olivesmayo,mustard.garlic, lemon juice salt,pepper toss add bacon bits and cheese toss again Cut tops off rolls scoop out the middle fill with chicken salad put tops back on serve with watermelon wedge and corn roasted on the grill.

  2. Melt 1 stick of butter with 2 garlic cloves heat for 5 minutes and brush on corn serve with lemonade for the kids and a nice cold beer simple and delicious.
