  4. 1 1/4 cups 78g / 2.8oz Flour Body

  5. 2 Cream cheese - softened

  6. 2/3 cup 131g / 4.6oz Sugar

  7. 2 tablespoons 30ml Flour

  8. 3 Eggs

  9. 1/2 cup 118ml Sour cream

  10. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Apple - peeled, chopped

  11. 3/4 teaspoon 3.8ml Cinnamon

  12. 1/2 cup 118ml Caramel topping

  13. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Pecans - chopped

  1. Recipe Instructions BASE: Beat margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Blend in egg. Add flour; mix well. Spread dough onto bottom and sides of 9-inch Springform pan. Bake at 450F for 10 minutes. BODY: Combine cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar and flour, mixing at medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in sour cream. Toss apples in remaining sugar and cinnamon. Stir into cream cheese mixture. Pour over crust. Swirl 1/4 cup caramel topping into cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350F for 1 hour. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan. Chill. Top with remaining caramel topping and pecans.
