  1. 1/3 cup sugar

  2. 2 Tbsp cornstarch

  3. 3 pt blueberries

  4. 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

  5. 3/4 cup old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats

  6. 1/2 cup packed brown sugar

  7. 1/3 cup all-purpose flour

  8. 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  9. 4 Tbsp cold butter, cut small Serve with: vanilla ice cream

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Have ready a shallow 2-qt baking dish.

  2. Mix sugar and cornstarch in a large bowl. Add blueberries and lemon juice; toss to coat. Spread in baking dish.

  3. Wipe bowl clean; add oats, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon. Stir to mix well, then work butter in with fingers until coarse crumbs form. Sprinkle over blueberries.

  4. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until top is browned and berries bubble. Cool on a wire rack 30 to 60 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream.
