  3. 1 tbsp Italian mixed herbs

  5. Hoisin Sauce

  6. 3 tbsp Shredded leek/ cucumber slices

  1. Mix beef fillet with marinade.

  2. Pan-fry beef fillet in 1 tbsp oil until desired doneness. Reheat plain buns according to packet instructions. Serve beef fillet and leek on buns with Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce.
