  1. 500 g chicken liver, washed and drained

  1. Marinate the chicken liver with seasoning for 30 mins.

  2. Add in the flour and coat well.

  3. Pour oil into a saucepan. Set the fire on low and quickly fry the marinated liver till cooked.

  4. Add in the coriander, tomatoes and onion rings. After a quick stir to coat, cover and allow to cook for 5 mins. Turn off the fire.

  5. Dish and serve garnished with Chinese celery and chilies.
