  1. 16 oz 454g Corn - canned, drained

  2. 4 oz 113g Green chilies - canned, drain

  3. 1 Jalapeno chile, diced

  4. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Green bell pepper - chopped

  5. 1/4 cup 15g / 1/2oz Green onions w/tops - sliced

  6. 2 tablespoons 30ml White wine vinegar

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml Vegetable oil

  8. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt

  1. Recipe Instructions Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour. Makes about 2 1/3 cups salsa.
