  1. 2 tb Margarine or butter

  2. 2 cn (16 ounces each) whole

  3. Condensed tomato soup

  4. 2 cn (10-3/4 ounces each)

  5. 1 1/4 c Milk

  6. Cheese, softened

  7. 2 pk (3 ounces each) cream

  8. Dried basil leaves

  9. 1 1/2 ts Chopped fresh or 1/2 ts

  10. 1/2 ts Paprika

  11. 1 Cl Garlic, finely chopped

  12. (about 1/2 cup)

  13. 1 md Onion, finely chopped

  14. Tomatoes, undrained

  1. Heat margarine in 3-quart saucepan over medium heat.

  2. Cook onion and garlic in margarine about 2 minutes; remove from heat.

  3. Stir in paprika, basil and cream cheese.

  4. Gradually stir in milk and soup.

  5. Beat with hand beater until smooth.

  6. Stir tomatoes into soup.

  7. Break up tomatoes.

  8. Heat over medium heat, stirring frequently, until hot.

  9. SERVINGS (ABOUT 1 CUP EACH); 200 CALORIES PER SERVING.
