  1. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Shrimp; cooked - peeled, and 2 cups 320g / 11oz Rice - cooked

  2. 1/4 cup 27g / 1oz Celery - thinly sliced

  3. 1/4 cup 59ml Olives - stuffed, sliced

  4. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Pepper - green, chopped

  5. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Pimiento - chopped

  6. 1/4 cup 15g / 1/2oz Onion - minced

  7. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  8. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Pepper

  9. 3 tablespoons 45ml Mayonnaise Lettuce

  10. 2 Tomatoes - cut in wedges Celery leaves French dressing - commercial

  1. Recipe Instructions Combine first 10 ingredients, and toss lightly. Chill thoroughly. Serve on lettuce, and garnish with tomato wedges and celery leaves. Serve with French dressing.
