  1. 1 dozen egg s Salt & pepper

  2. 1 pan and some butter or Pam Spray

  1. Carefully crack open some eggs (get Grandma to help you). Don’t get shells in the eggs. Beat the eggs with a whisk. Beat some more. When you think they are beat up enough, beat them some more. Spray pan or melt a little butter in the pan. Pour in eggs. Add a little salt & pepper. Stir, stir, and stir some more. When fluffy and all done, put them on a plate with some of Grandma’s biscuits. Yum, Yum.
