  1. 10 lbs fresh split chicken wings (tips removed)

  2. 1 TBLSP garlic powder

  3. 1 TBLSP salt

  4. 1 1/2 cups Louisiana Hot Sauce

  5. 1/2 lb melted butter

  6. 350 F for 30 minutes. Place in a baking dish and add remaining ingredients that you've mixed up. Bake an additional

  7. 30 minutes or so until done.

  8. I added to this by sprinkling my wings with some homemade Emeril's Essence as they cooked the first go round.

  9. Serve with bleu cheese dressing to dip.

  10. Mom swears by Frank's Lousiana Hot Sauce, but I couldn't find it, so I used Crystal brand.
