  1. Mexican Bow Ties

  2. 1 pound ground beef

  3. 1 large onion, chopped

  4. 4 cups water

  5. 15 1/4 oz can whole kernel corn, drained

  6. 14 1/2 oz can diced tomatoes, undrained

  7. 2 envelopes dry taco seasoning mix

  8. 8 ounces bow-tie pasta

  9. 8 to

  10. minutes, or until no pink remains in beef and onions are softened.

  11. Add water, corn, tomatoes, and taco seasoning mixes; mix well.

  12. Bring to a boil over high heat, then stir in pasta. Reduce heat to

  13. 15 to 18 minutes, or until pasta is tender;

  14. stirring frequently.
