  1. 6 ounces white chocolate chips

  2. 1 box white cake mix

  3. 1 cup milk

  4. 8 Tablespoons Softened butter

  5. 3 whole eggs

  6. 2 Teaspoons vanilla

  1. Mix all the ingredients in the order that they are presented. Make sure that the chips are well coated with the cake mix. This will keep the chips from sinking to the bottom of the bundt pan while baking.

  2. Bake at 350 degrees for approx 30 minutes and then cool on cooking rack.

  3. Invert onto plate and serve with whipped cream and fresh berries or fruit compote.

  4. You may also choose to drizzle with a glaze or powderd sugar.
