  2. 1-2 500 g 45 ml 1/4 teaspoon 1/4 teaspoon Groundnut (peanut) or sesame oil Garlic, finely chopped Green or red Thai chilies, seeded and finely chopped Fresh, cauliflower, cut into bite-size Nuoc cham Salt, or to taste Ground black pepper, or to taste

  1. : Heat a wok or large pan and add the oil. Stir in the garlic and chilies and cook for 1 minute. Add the cauliflower and toss around the pan. Once the cauliflower leaves begin to wilt, add the nuoc cham, making sure it coats the spinach. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
