  1. Pour yeast into warm water and add sugar Add salt to flour Mix ingredients together little at a time till flour bag is empty.

  2. Knead dough 10 min let rest Place in large bowl in warm place to double in size about 1 hr.

  3. Punch down roll out dough for Buns Spread butter on dough, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon, roll.

  4. Cut in slices.

  5. Melt butter and mix remaining ingredients for in pans, pour in 2 greased 9x 13 pans. Place cut cinnamon buns in pans cover and let rise double in size Bake 300° 30 min.

  6. you will have enough dough left to make a loaf of bread shape and place in greased loaf pan Roll dough for Buns
