  1. 1 1/4 cups 296ml Smucker's sweet orange marmalade

  2. 1 cup 237ml Canned coconut milk

  3. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Nutmeg

  4. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Ground ginger

  5. 4 cups 948ml Peeled - sliced ripe pitted peaches

  6. GARNISH

  7. 1 Fresh blueberries

  1. In a medium sauce pan over medium heat, stir together all ingredients except the peaches.

  2. Bring mixture to a simmer, stirring constantly.

  3. Add peaches and return mixture to a low simmer.

  4. Cook, uncovered, for 5 minutes.

  5. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.

  6. Compote should not be served hot.
