  1. 450g lean pork, leg steaks or fillet

  2. bombay spices

  3. Mango relish

  4. 8 tbsp plain yoghurt

  5. 4 tsp mango chutney

  1. Cut pork in to 1/2'' cubes, coat in the spices, thread on to skewers and bbq for 12-15 minutes.

  2. Serve with relish: Mix yoghurt with mango chutney. Eat with salad & bbq pitta bread
