  1. 4 Breasts - chicken, halves, - broiler/fryer, bon

  2. Skinned

  3. 1 Onion - chopped (small)

  4. 1/3 cup 78ml Honey

  5. 1/3 cup 78ml Mustard - spicy

  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml Curry powder

  7. 2 tablespoons 30ml Garlic - cloves, minced (large)

  1. In a small bowl, make the sauce by mixing together the onion, honey, mustard, curry, and garlic.

  2. Place the chicken, skin side up, in a single layer in a large shallow baking pan. Pour sauce over the chicken and bake in a 350 F oven, basting every 15 minutes, for about 1 hour or until the chicken is fork tender.

  3. Serve with rice.
