  1. 1 package (9 ounces) frozen breaded chicken breast tenders

  2. 1 tablespoon chili powder

  3. 2 cups shredded lettuce

  4. 2 cups carrot sticks

  5. 2 cups celery sticks

  6. 2 cups broccoli florets

  7. 2 cups sliced cucumbers (2 small)

  8. 1 bottle (8 ounces) blue cheese dressing (1 cup)

  1. Place chicken and chili powder in resealable plastic food-storage bag; seal bag and shake well to coat. Prepare chicken as directed on package.

  2. Arrange lettuce on large serving platter. Top with vegetables and cooked chicken. Serve with dressing.
