  1. 448 g cream cheese, softened

  2. 224 g shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  3. 4 tbsp. chopped red bell pepper, divided

  4. 1 tbsp. finely chopped onion

  5. 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce

  6. 1 tsp. lemon juice

  7. pinch cayenne pepper

  8. chopped fresh parsley

  1. Beat together cream cheese and cheddar in a large bowl on medium speed until well mixed. Add 1 tbsp. bell pepper, onion, worcestershire, lemon juice and cayenne. Blend well. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Place a drinking glass in the center of a platter. Drop tablespoonfuls of cream cheese mixture around glass to form a ring. Smooth with a spatula. Remove glass. Sprinkle parsley and remaining bell pepper on top of ring to create a wreath effect. Serve with crackers, chips, fresh vegetables, etc.
