  1. 3/4 ts Thyme leaves or 1/4 tsp. ground thyme

  2. 3/4 ts Salt

  3. 1/2 ts Onion powder

  4. 1/4 ts Ground black pepper

  5. 1 lb Thinly sliced boneless, skinless, chicken breast

  6. halves 3 tb Butter

  7. 1 Red or green apple, cored

  8. and sliced 1 c Apple juice

  9. 1 tb Cornstarch

  1. Combine seasonings in small bowl.

  2. Sprinkle evenly on both sides of chicken pieces.

  3. melt butter in large skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. Brown chicken on both sides, about 5 minutes.

  5. Stir in apples.

  6. Remove from heat.

  7. Combine juice with cornstarch; pour over chicken mixture.

  8. Bring to boiling; reduce heat to medium.

  9. Simmer, uncovered, 3 minutes until sauce is thickened, stirring occasionally.

  10. Total Time 20 minutes.
