  1. 1 cup 237ml Boned smoked mullet or 1 lb 454g / 16oz Cooked lobster or crab

  2. 2/3 cup 157ml Mayonnaise

  3. 1 teaspoon 5ml Chili sauce

  4. 16 Hard cooked eggs

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Chopped green pepper

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Grated onion

  7. 1 teaspoon 5ml Chopped pimento

  8. Parsley

  1. If using smoked fish, flake. If using lobster or crab, drain and remove any shell or cartilage. Combine with mayonnaise and seasonings. Peel eggs, cut in half lengthwise, remove yolks (egg yolks can be used in other recipes). Stuff each egg half with 1 Tbsp of fish mixture. Sprinkle with parsley. Chill. Serve as salad or appetizer.
