  1. 6-Hearts Of Romaine Lettuce Chopped 1-Cucumber Sliced (I slice thin,but you slice the way you like) 1-Cup of Grape Tomatoes (halved)

  2. 4 Cup of Walnuts or Pecans(your choice)

  3. 2 Cup of Dried Cranberries(I use Ocean Spray Craisins)

  4. 4 Cup of Crumbled Blue Cheese or Goat Cheese

  5. 4 Cup of Balsamic Vinaigrette

  1. Toss all ingredients(except the dressing) ,in a large salad bowl.Just before serving ,drizzle the salad with the Balsamic Vinaigrette...This salad will travel well.I just carry the dressing in a seperate container,till ready to serve..Personal note::Sometimes if I have fresh broccoli,or caulifower on hand I will chop,a small amount ot the florets and toss in...I have used the bag salad's,before just, not iceberg as I do not care for it..This recipe can be cut in half,or even lower to serve 1-or 2 ,just eyeball it.Once I tossed in some left over Baked Chicken
