  1. Vegetable oil , for frying

  2. 2 large sweet potatoes , washed

  3. House Seasoning, recipe follows or sugar , to taste

  4. 1 cup salt

  5. 1/4 cup black pepper

  6. 1/4 cup garlic powder

  1. In a large sauce pan, heat oil to 350 degrees F.

  2. Thinly slice potatoes into round disks, about 1/4-inch thick. Fry for 1 1/2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from oil and drain on a paper towel. Sprinkle with House Seasoning or sugar, to taste.

  3. Mix ingredients together and store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
