  1. 1 pk Deep chocolate cake mix

  2. 1 ts Ground cinnamon

  3. 3 lg Eggs

  4. 1/2 c Crisco oil

  5. 1 1/4 c Water

  6. 1 c Zucchini; shredded; unpared

  7. Frosting 6 oz Cream cheese; softened

  8. 1/3 c Butter or margarine; soften

  9. 1 1/2 ts Vanilla extract

  10. 3 1/2 c Powdered sugar

  11. 1 ts Milk

  12. 1/4 c Nuts; chopped

  13. 10" tube pan. Combine dry cake mix and cinnamon in large mixer bowl. Add eggs; oil and water; blend, then beat

  14. 2 minutes at medium speed; fold in zucchini. Turn batter into pan and spread evenly. Bake at

  15. 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on rack for 25 minutes. Remove from pan; cool completely on rack.

  16. For frosting, beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla in bowl. Add powdered sugar and milk; mix until creamy. Add powdered sugar to thicken or milk to thin as needed. Spread on COOLED cake. Sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate until ready to serve. --
