  1. 6 Mild yellow chiles

  2. 175 Pork - minced

  3. 6 Lime leaves - finely shredded

  4. 3 Garlic - finely chopped

  5. 1 tablespoon 15ml Coriander leaves - roughly chopped

  6. 1 Stem lemon grass - tender part sliced

  7. 2 teaspoons 10ml Light soy sauce

  8. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml White pepper

  9. 1 teaspoon 5ml Sesame oil

  10. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  1. Slice the chilies lengthways, leaving the stems on and remove the core and all the seeds.

  2. Mix the other ingredients well and stuff into the chile boats. Bake on the top shelf of the oven for 12 minutes.
