  1. Crockpot Stock

  2. 1 turkey or chicken carcass

  3. 1 onions

  4. 2 carrots

  5. 1 tsp celery seed; or a couple stalks celery

  6. 2 bay leaves

  7. 2 Tbsp parsley

  8. 1 Tbsp sage leaves

  9. 2 Tbsp oregano leaves

  10. 1 Tbsp rosemary leaves

  11. 2 whole cloves

  12. water

  13. Shove as much of turkey carcass and leavings as will fit into 1/2 of a carcass or so.

  15. low at least 2-3 days or even longer. Defat, strain out solids,

  16. package in pints or quarts, and freeze until needed.
