  1. 1 egg

  2. 1 red pepper, roasted, peeled and diced

  3. 1 tablespoon chopped garlic

  4. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro Salt Cayenne

  5. 1 cup olive oil

  1. In a food processor, combine the roasted pepper, garlic, cilantro and egg. Pulse until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. With the machine running, slowly add the olive oil and continue to process until the mixture forms a thick emulsion.
