  1. 8 Ounces uncooked noodles

  2. Or butter, melted

  3. 2 tb Margarine

  4. 1/4c Grated parmesan cheese

  5. 1/4c Dry bread crumbs

  6. 1/4ts Pepper

  7. 3/4c Milk

  8. 1 1/2c Sour cream

  9. Pimientos, drained

  10. 1 Jars (2 ounces) sliced

  11. Mushrooms, drained

  12. 1 cn (4 ounces) sliced

  13. Drained 1 cn (12-1/2 ounces) tuna,

  14. Chopped fresh parsley

  1. + Heat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Cook noodles as directed on package; drain.

  3. Mix noodles, tuna, mushrooms, pimientos, sour cream, milk and pepper in ungreased 2-quart casserole.

  4. Mix bread crumbs, cheese and margarine.

  5. Sprinkle over tuna mixture.

  6. Bake uncovered 35 to 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

  7. Sprinkle with parsley.

  8. SERVINGS; 370 CALORIES PER SERVING.

  9. To Microwave: Cook noodles as directed on package; drain.

  10. Decrease milk to 2/3 cup.

  11. Mix noodles, tuna, mushrooms, pimientos, sour cream, milk and pepper in 2-quart microwavable casserole.

  12. Cover tightly and microwave on medium (50%) 10 minutes; stir.

  13. Mix bread crumbs, cheese and margarine.

  14. Sprinkle over tuna mixture.

  15. Microwave uncovered on medium (50%) 4 to 7 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
