  1. 1/2 cup refrigerated raspberry juice

  2. 1 teasp.Canadian maple syrup ( preferably) or honey

  3. 2 tbsp. thinly-sliced green onion

  4. 1 tsp.lemon juice

  5. 2 tbsp.olive oil

  6. 6 cups baby greens

  7. 1 cup red,seedless grapes, halved

  8. 1 small, yellow delicious apple, cored and sliced thinly

  1. For Dressing: In a small bowl,combine raspberry juice, syrup, onion and lemon juice. Season, to taste, with salt & pepper. Whisk in olive oil. Arrange greens on six salad plates. Top with grapes and apple. Spoon dressing over greens.
