  1. 4 Chicken breast halves; skin - bone,

  2. 1" cube

  3. 1 Spaghetti sauce - (30 ounces)

  4. 1 Eggplant; peel - chop coarse (medium)

  5. 2 Tomatoes - chop coarse

  6. 2 Zucchini - slice (small)

  7. Green bell pepper - 1

  8. 1 Onion - chop (large)

  9. 3 Garlic - mince

  10. 1 teaspoon 5ml Dried basil leaves

  11. 1 teaspoon 5ml Dried oregano leaves

  1. In large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Pour into 3-1/2 to 4 qt crockpot. Cover; cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours or until chicken is tender and no longer pink.
