  1. Ingredients :Serves 4-5

  2. 2 3 cloves

  3. 50 g 200 g 2 slices Seasoning

  4. 3 tablespoons 1 tablespoon 1/2 teaspoon 1 teaspoon Chilies

  5. Garlic

  6. Basil

  7. Clams

  8. Ginger

  9. Thick soy sauce

  10. Rice wine

  11. Sugar

  12. Salt

  1. Slice the chilies. Mince the garlic.

  2. Remove and rinse the young leaves of thebasil.

  3. Soak the clams in salt water to clear thesand, remove, rinse and drain.

  4. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan, stir frythe minced garlic, ginger and chilies.

  5. Add the clams and cook until theclamshells open. Stir in the Seasoning and toss in the basil, stir welltill fragrant and serve hot.
