Ingredients : Pork shoulder roast (4-5 lbs) 4-5 quarts of water or chicken broth 4-5 New Mexico Dried Chiles l-2 Yellow or white onions 1 Large can crushed Tomatoes (24 oz) 1 teaspoon dried oregano 4 cloves minced garlic 2-3 29 oz cans of white hominy (Drained) 1 head of cabbage (shedded or diced) 2 bunches radishes (washed and diced) 2 bunches of green onions sliced Lemons or Limes (cut into quarters) Corn or flour tortillas ( I like flour with butter)
